Stellar Hack Pera: Turkey’s Largest In-Real-Life Web3 Hackathon with 200+ Participants, 70+ Projects

The Stellar Hack Pera during Istanbul Blockchain Week in June 2025 was a 36-hour hackathon, the largest IRL Web3 event in Turkey, managed by Stellar and Rise In. It drew over 200 developers from over 500 applicants who submitted 72 projects, with 10 teams awarded a share of $25,000.
