Normal Finance has promoted Justin Benjamin from Head of Growth to Chief Operating Officer, recognizing over two years of contributions to the Stellar-based crypto investing platform. Benjamin joined the team in 2022 following acceptance into the Antler Boulder startup accelerator and has since shaped product development through multiple pivots, built out the Partner and Ambassador community programs, and driven early customer acquisition that brought the platform to nearly $250,000 in assets under management. As COO, he will oversee daily operations and help scale the team as Normal continues building its on-chain investment protocol on Stellar.
