Upcoming Changes to Transaction Meta Access in Horizon with Protocol 22
When Protocol 22 goes live, Transaction Meta (tx meta) will no longer be returned by SDF’s hosted Horizon API. Developers should access it with the RPC or Stellar Core instead. Operators hosting their own Horizon can configure the SKIP_TXMETA flag to stop serving Transaction Meta.
